Warranty Policy

All JoFLex Sports LLC racket’s are warrantied for one year from the date of purchase.  This limited warranty covers any structural failures arising from regular use or manufacturing defects.  The limited warranty does not cover regular deterioration of Grips and Strings or misuse in any way.  Any modifications made to the racket by the user, including but not limited to, the rubber handle cover, will void the standard warranty.  In all circumstances the racket will need to be returned to JoFLex Sports LLC for inspection before any replacement or repaired racket, is issued.  Replacement or repaired frames are only available to be issued to the original purchaser and are covered by the original purchase warranty period only.

All JoFLex Sports LLC racket specifications are understood to be accurate, however may vary slightly due to manufacturer output variances.

Return Policy 

JoFLex Sports LLC rackets are non refundable once an order has been placed. Once dispatched, all product sales are final unless a manufacturing fault occurs (See Warranty Policy above).

Before returning your item(s), please contact JoFLex Sports LLC (orders@joflexsports.com) to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

JoFLex Sports LLC has a company policy not to flood people with e-mail correspondence, but simply gives you periodic information so you can stay up to date on what is being offered.  JoFLex Sports LLC also uses your e-mail address to confirm your order and to confirm shipment of your order and to respond to any inquiries you make on-line. All e-mails you receive will provide you with information as to how to opt out from receiving future mailings.
